Swiss Trade is a Swiss association with 35 different member associations and around 3.500 company members. The association has been founded in 1933 by 18 associations is representing import and since 1941 also the wholesale branche. Since this time Swiss Trade is a representative Swiss branch association for import and grocery.
Its main purpose is the effective representation of the interests of its members. Swiss Trade is fully engaged in promoting free trade amd fighting against protectionism and trade barriers.
Swiss Trade is activly cooperating in different national and international commissions and organisations
The economic and law services of our office in Basel in favour of our members are very important. All our members are invited to use our large range of services. The range of services is constantly expanding.
